Marvel Legends Series 6" Scourge / Demolition Man (Mercenaries of Mayhem)

Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Series 6" Scourge.

It says on the back of the package that this figure is of Demolition Man. D-Man he is but he's actually known as Scourge in this get-up. I had to look it up. I haven't seen him before to be honest. If someone had brought me this figure I would have said it was a bad-ass Casey Jones. The figure has a great head sculpt. I love the mask. The circles, lines and breathing filters were all sculpted. The silver of the mask and the red eyes were well done. He looks very intimidating. The figure mostly reuses the movie Electro body. The shoulders and hands are changed. Hats off to them for sculpting the holes on the upper arms. The paint apps are good. I love the colour combination. The white and silver paint make him look like a whole new figure. He wears an ammo strap and belt piece. There are pouches and ammo shells on it. What I like best it has paint detail. Even the shells were painted. Very nice! There's a sheath on the back for his knife. This piece of gear is removable. You can unpeg it partially from the front. He wears a holster on his left leg. It relies on friction to stay up and is removable. Again I like that they painted the buckles.

Side view. The mask does not cover the whole head and his ears are exposed.

Accessories. He comes with a shotgun, a handgun and a knife. I don't know why they made the guns brown in colour. It's a very odd choice and I highly doubt a mercenary like Scourge would carry them. They should really have been black or gun metal in colour. He can only hold the knife in his left hand. He is able to store the handgun and knife on his person. The BAF piece is the left leg of Red Onslaught.

Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees, calf swivel and ankle hinge and pivot. He can look up and down well.

Comparison shots.

Great figure. I like the gear and accessories, just not the colour of the weapons. Thanks for viewing!
